Located on Little Kennebec Bay, the cottage is convenient to protected deep water anchorage with three public access points for recreational boating within five miles. There is hand-carry access for kayaking from the cottage itself. Both sea kayakers and sailors will find the location perfect for exploring Roque Island Archipelago, Great Wass Archipelago and the Bold Coast.
